"This is all unfolding rapidly, and I am working with the artists and their managers to reschedule these great artists," says Director Charles Leslie. "We will let everyone know as we have updated information. We appreciate everyone's understanding and patience as we work through this issue that is impacting everyone."
At this juncture, if you have any tickets to an upcoming event that is affected by COVID-19, you may:
- Donate your tickets back to the Concert Hall.
- Exchange your tickets to another Concert Hall performance.
- Hold on to your tickets for the postponed shows. They will be honored and current ticket holders do not need to seek replacement tickets when the shows are rescheduled.
- Those seeking refunds for the postponed shows are asked to call the Ticket Office, 970.247.7657 or email email@example.com to make arrangements. Refunds are not available via the Concert Hall website.
Charles notes..."We're hearing this message from all of our fellow performing arts venues across the country, and it breaks our hearts - if you do have tickets to shows or other live events that are being cancelled because of the COVID-19 virus, consider donating the funds, Thousands of theater professionals across the country are going to be impacted - either with health risk or now a lack of income with shows being cancelled. We thank you in advance for your understanding and generosity."
