Ticketing Services.  The downtown Ticketing Office (707 ˝ Main Avenue, behind Magpie’s Newsstand Café and across from the Strater Hotel) is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm (closed 1 - 2 pm for lunch).

The Box Office in the Concert Hall is only open on the day of a performance, beginning two hours before curtain. The Box Office will typically close at the end of the first intermission.

Tickets may be purchased by calling 970-247-7657 or visiting www.durangoconcerts.com. The Concert Hall accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. A $1.50 convenience fee is assessed for all orders made via the phone and a $2.50 convenience fee is assessed for all orders made via the internet.  Fees do not apply to purchases made in-person via the ticket office or at the box office.

Will Call.  All tickets purchased through the mail, via www.durangoconcerts.com, or over the telephone will be held at Will Call for pick-up.  Tickets may be picked up prior to the day of show or at Will Call on the day of show.  Unless the Ticketing Office is notified, any tickets not picked up by show time may be resold.

Special Needs Patrons with special needs should contact the ticket office for specific seating requests, wheelchair accommodations, etc.

Accessibility:

Hearing devices. The Concert Hall offers Hearing Amplification Devices to all patrons with hearing impairments free of charge. For more information, please inquire at the Front-of-House Manager's podium.

Wheelchair Accessibility. The Concert Hall offers wheelchair accessible and companion seating. Please contact the Box Office for specific seating requests, wheelchair accommodation, etc.

Children. All patrons entering the venue for a ticketed event must possess a valid ticket, if a seat will be occupied.  Although it may be possible for a small child to sit in the lap of an adult, please be considerate of those sitting next to you.  If a child is acting in a way as to distract other patrons or the performers, the accompanying adult must escort the child out of the venue until it is appropriate to re-enter.

Cell phones.  Please turn off cell phones prior to the performance.

Fire/evacuation notice/first aid.  If you are instructed to evacuate the building in the event of an alarm, you are required to do so in a quick and orderly fashion. The exit sign nearest your seat is the shortest route to the outside of the Hall. For first aid, please contact the nearest usher.

Food and beverages.  No food or beverage (with the exception of bottled water) may be brought into the seating area of the venue.

Latecomers.  The seating of latecomers during events is at the discretion of the House Manager. The artist management has selected those times which are least likely to interrupt or disturb other patrons. As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats until an appropriate break. It is the management's policy to begin performances at the advertised times. Patrons leaving their seats during a performance may have to wait in the lobby for a period of time before re-admittance to the venue.

Lost and Found. The management is not responsible for personal property left in the venue. Items found in the Concert Hall will be kept in the Box Office for a limited period of time.

Photographs and Recordings.  The taking of photographs and the possession and/or use of an audio or video recorder during the performance is strictly forbidden. All such items must be surrendered at the House Manager's podium for the duration of the concert.

Service of alcohol.  If wine or beer is sold at the intermission, beverage containers must stay in the lobby.  Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21.

Smoking.  No smoking will be permitted in any location within the facility.
