Your Community Concert Hall Ticket Office is located at the Durango Welcome Center in historic downtown Durango at 802 Main Avenue (northeast corner of 8th Street and Main Avenue).
Hours of operation are: Monday through Friday
10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Sunday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash and local checks. Convenience fees will apply and are necessary to help offset the costs of ticketing services, a centrally located Ticket Office, a venue Box Office, sales staff, a website, advertising, credit card fees, equipment, and support staff for all provided services. Concert Hall convenience fees are lower than industry standards. Tickets purchased online at www.durangoconcerts.com will incur a $3 per ticket convenience fee. Tickets purchased by phone at (970) 247-7657 will incur a $2 per ticket convenience fee. Purchases made in person at the Ticket Office or the Box Office window will incur a $1 per ticket convenience fee.
The Box Office at the Community Concert Hall opens one (1) hour prior to performance time & remains open through intermission. If there is no intermission, ticket sales will continue one (1) hour past curtain.
All tickets purchased by phone or online will be available at Will Call on the performance date. If needed, your tickets may be picked up prior to the day of the purchased performance from the Ticket Office. Will Call opens thirty (30) minutes prior to performance time.
Participating artists, show times, dates and prices are subject to change. Please check the website or call the Ticket Office for any last-minute changes.
Tickets purchased for any Concert Hall produced show may be exchanged for another Concert Hall produced show during the current performance season for a $5 transaction fee per ticket. Exchanges are available in person at the Ticket Office located at 802 Main Avenue in downtown Durango. Seat exchanges (within the same performance) are also available for a $5 transaction fee per ticket. If the ticket exchange is for a higher priced ticket, the customer is responsible for the difference in cost. If the ticket exchange is for a lower priced ticket, the difference becomes a tax deductible donation. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.
Fort Lewis College Faculty and Staff receive 10% off tickets to Concert Hall produced shows -- limit of 2 tickets per show. Seniors 65 and over receive 10% off tickets to Concert Hall produced shows. Purchase tickets to three (3) or more Concert Hall produced shows in one sales transaction and receive 10% off each ticket. Discounts cannot be combined.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancelation or date change. If you are unable to attend an event, you may donate your ticket(s) to the Ticket Office. The ticket(s) must have been purchased through the Community Concert Hall Ticket Office and must be returned to the Ticket Office at least 48 hours prior to the performance. This amount may be eligible for a charitable contribution income tax deduction when you file your annual tax return.
Group Ticket Sales
Gather nine of your closest friends, family members or coworkers and save! Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount for Community Concert Hall produced shows. For more information, please contact the Ticket Office.
$15 “Rush Tickets” may be available to all full-time students for select Concert Hall presented performances one (1) hour prior to the event start time. One (1) ticket may be purchased per current student ID at the Community Concert Hall Box Office. There is no guarantee that rush tickets will be available for a particular event.
