Ticketing Services

Your Community Concert Hall Ticket Office is located at
707 ½ Main Avenue (northwest corner of 7th Street and Main Avenue). 

Hours of operation are: Monday through Friday
11:00 am – 1:00 pm   &   2:00 – 6:00 pm. 

Tickets may be purchased by phone at 970.247.7657 and will incur a $2 per ticket convenience fee.  Tickets may also be purchased online at www.durangoconcerts.com and will incur a $3 per ticket convenience fee.  There are no convenience fees for purchases made in person at the Ticket Office or the Box Office.  VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash and local checks are accepted.

The Box Office at the Community Concert Hall opens two (2) hours prior to performance time & remains open through intermission.

Will Call

All tickets purchased by phone or online will be available at Will Call on the performance date.  If needed, your tickets may be picked up prior to the day of the purchased performance from the Ticket Office.  Will Call opens thirty (30) minutes prior to performance time.

Performance Changes

Participating artists, show times, dates and prices are subject to change. Please check the website or call the Ticket Office for any last-minute changes.
 

Exchange Fee

Tickets purchased for any Concert Hall production may be exchanged for another Concert Hall production during the current performance season for a $5 transaction fee per ticket.  Exchanges are available in person at the Ticket Office located at 707 1/2 Main Avenue in downtown Durango.  Seat exchanges (within the same performance) are also available for a $5 transaction fee per ticket.  If the ticket exchange is for a higher priced ticket, the customer is responsible for the difference in cost.  If the ticket exchange is for a lower priced ticket, the difference becomes a tax deductible donation.  Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.

Ticket Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancelation or date change.  If you are unable to attend an event, you may donate your ticket(s) to the Ticket Office.  The ticket(s) must have been purchased through the Community Concert Hall Ticket Office and must be returned to the Ticket Office at least 48 hours prior to the performance.  This amount may be eligible for a charitable contribution income tax deduction when you file your annual tax return.

Group Ticket Sales

Gather nine of your closest friends, family members or coworkers and save!  Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount for Community Concert Hall productions.  For more information, please contact the Ticket Office.

Rush Tickets

$15 “Rush Tickets” may be available to all full-time students for select Concert Hall presented performances two (2) hours prior to the event start time.  One (1) ticket may be purchased per current student ID at the Community Concert Hall Box Office.  There is no guarantee that rush tickets will be available for a particular event.
