Backpacks & large bags are not permitted in the Concert Hall.  You are welcome to check your coat, hat, umbrella or other items at the Concert Hall Lobby Coat Check.

Children

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the Concert Hall seating areas.  Children under three (3) may sit in a parent’s lap but if a separate seat is occupied, the child must be ticketed.

As a courtesy to others, parents or guardians may be asked to remove children creating a disturbance during the performance.   Please check with the Ticket Office if you are unsure if a performance is appropriate for younger audience members.

Food and beverages are available for purchase 45 minutes prior to performance time. Purchased beverages may be taken into the seating areas, but not food.  No beverages may be taken on the dance floor.

Electronic Courtesy

Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the Concert Hall.  Patrons with these items will be asked to check them in the Lobby or return the items to their cars.  Violators of this policy are subject to removal and will be required to erase/delete any recorded material or photographs.  Please remember to turn off all cellular phones, pagers and electronic devices before entering the Concert Hall.  Also, please refrain from texting during performances.

Emergencies

If you are instructed to evacuate the building in the event of an alarm, you are required to do so in a quick and orderly fashion. The exit sign nearest your seat is the shortest route to the outside of the Concert Hall. For first aid, please contact the nearest usher.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in various denominations from the Ticket Office or online by clicking here

Late Seating Policy

Patrons who arrive late will not be seated until there is an appropriate time during the performance.  Please be aware that this may result in missing a portion of the performance.  This policy is handled in accordance with contractually binding artists’ preferences.  Lobby doors open two hours prior to performance time and Concert Hall seating doors open 30 minutes prior.  It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to an event’s published start time.

Lost Articles

The facility is not responsible for personal property left in the venue.  Staff will attempt to return identified items but all other property is discarded after thirty (30) days.

Smoking

The use of cigarettes or other tobacco products in any Fort Lewis College facility is prohibited.

Volunteers

Volunteer ushers are community members who provide an essential and appreciated service to your Community Concert Hall. Volunteers greet patrons, take tickets, give directions and assist Concert Hall staff with presentations and events during the performance season. In addition to Concert Hall produced events, volunteers assist with a wide variety of campus and community events held at your Community Concert Hall, including performances by student ensembles, lectures, concerts, ceremonies and other events.   New volunteers are required to attend a two-hour orientation session. All volunteers are requested to sign up for a minimum number of shows (6 per Season). For additional information, contact or FOHManager@fortlewis.edu or phone 970-247-7320.
